In August 2023, I led the ground-up design of the next-generation Belt Housing Assembly. Building on proven elements of the previous architecture — including the belt-driven drivetrain, patented dual-strut design, and closed-loop cooling system — the primary objectives were to improve reliability, performance, and ease of assembly in support of scaled production.

Collaborating closely with industrial designers, drivetrain engineers, and other subsystem owners, I drove the Belt Housing Assembly from initial concept through six discrete design iterations to over 50 delivered production systems.
